All of our postage services will require a " Signature obtained on delivery "

So we send every item using :-

Same-Day Dispatch & Delivery Times

 

All in-stock orders placed before 12pm AEST (excluding weekends and public holidays) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm AEST will be dispatched the next business day

As a general guideline, deliveries to major cities will take 1 to 2 business days, whilst it could take up to 5 business days for more remote areas.

Lost or Damaged Ink Cartridges or Toner Cartridges

 

If your order has been lost in the Post or arrived damaged, no problem sometimes these things happen, but what happens next is the Aceinks.com.au difference. Notify us within 72 hours of delivery or 10 business days from when the order was suppose to arrive and we will immediately send out a replacement shipment completely free.

Permission to Return and to Receive Credit

 

We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 30 days of receipt. We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card in Australian dollars. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
• When returning incorrectly ordered goods please pack them in another box so that the original packaging will not be damaged by stickers, courier handling etc.
• Seal and secure all goods to ensure unbroken arrival without leakage or loss in transit

Faulty Ink Cartridges or Toner Cartridges

 

If you are unlucky enough to be supplied with a faulty Ink Cartridge or Printer Cartridge
We want to Hear about it.
The reason we need to know about “Faulty or Defective Printer Cartridges”  runs a long way back in our company history.
We don’t sell Cartridges for Every Printer on the Market, and there are a few reasons for that, the main reason is that all the cartridges we sell are tried and proven to work time and time again.

Aceinks.com.au only sell top of the range compatible cartridges and we have any that fail we would like to know about it.

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase as the result of a faulty cartridge, simply notify us by the link at the bottom of this page to and we'll get the ball rolling to ensure an Easy, No Fee, No Hassle, return.
 

IMPORTANT NOTE:


Just as a suggestion to help you get printing again as soon as possible we recommend reviewing our Knowledge Base in the FAQ and TECH SUPPORT  section before requesting a return for a faulty ink or toner cartridge. It may be that the problem you're experiencing is related to issues with printer settings, installation or other factors.
